What does "Enable automatic last page reload" do ?

Enable automatic last page reload is the default BTMS behavior, this allows BTMS to continually reload the last page, per the timer, allowing you to bid or buyout the newest auctions as soon as they are listed.

What is meant by "Top scan as well as bottom scan" ? This will clarify "Override 'Allow bid on items' when top scanning

Top Scan allows you to see the auctions that are expiring, where as BottomScanner normally only reloads the newest page of auctions.

The override is just that, if your main setting is to Buy Only, this will allow you to bid on items that are expiring, with potentially large savings over the Buyout.
